Rabbi Dr. David Z. Moster is the founder and director of the Institute of Biblical Culture and the author of Etrog: How a Chinese Fruit Became a Jewish Symbol. He received a PhD in Hebrew Bible from Bar-Ilan University, an MA in Ancient Israel from NYU, and an MA, MS, and Semikha from Yeshiva University.
