The text is based on the Aleppo Codex. The site also has the best scholarly editions of the most important Jewish medieval commentators such as Rashi, Ibn Ezra, Rashbam, and Nahmanides.
This database has thousands of Rabbinic text in Hebrew/Aramaic and powerful search capabilities. Unfortunately, it is currently only accessible for a fee or with university library access.
